Who am I?
I'm a filmmaker and a writer
I am a filmmaker with a degree from FEMIS, the French national cinema school. I have directed numerous short and medium-length films; a 52-minute documentary; a TV film for Arte; and two feature films, including LUTINE, a docu-fiction about polyamory, released in 2018.
I have also written a book about polyamory: JOURNEY INTO POLYAMORY, PLURAL LOVES & ETHICAL RELATIONSHIPS.
I'm also a RI (Relational Intelligence®) therapist and a coach
I've trained as a Relational Intelligence therapist with Self-Thérapie and as a coach with Evolusens Dialogue Coach.
Attachment Theory
Formulated by John Bowlby in the 1950es, attachment theory is at the heart of Relational Intelligence® in the link created between the therapist and the client.
Polyvagal Theory
Discovered by Stephen Porges in the 1990es and applied to therapy by Deb Dana, polyvagal theory is all about our autonomous nervous system.
L'IFS (Internal Family System)
IFS was modelized in the 1980es by Richard Schwartz. It allows us to work on the differents parts in ourselves to heal them from their trauma and better integrate them into our lives.
